Ivo de Carvalho Peixinho is a distinguished professional in the field of cybersecurity. He is currently the Head of the Cybercrime Unit at the Interpol Cybercrime Directorate. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and more than 12 years dedicated to investigating cybercrime, his expertise is well-recognized. He is also a seconded officer from the Brazilian Federal Police. Peixinho's academic background includes a degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) and a postgraduate degree in Security Information from the Universidade de Brasília (UnB). His professional contributions extend to participating in important events like the Public Security Tests of the Electronic Voting System (TPS) promoted by the Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) in Brazil, where he played a significant role in 2019.
