Ramesh Moosa is the EY Asean and Singapore Forensic & Integrity Services Leader. He has more than 25 years of experience in investigation, dispute and litigation support, expert witness, digital forensics and eDiscovery, data analytics, and cybersecurity services. Ramesh’s international experience spans the US, Greater China, and other Asia-Pacific countries, serving clients subject to regulatory cases enforced by the Singapore Exchange (SGX), US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Department of Justice, Monetary Authority of Singapore and Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He has supported enforcement teams of two Hong Kong regulatory agencies and is a founding council member of the Association of Information Security Professionals. He also oversaw the development of the Infocomm Security Professionals Roadmap (ISPR) and Body of Knowledge (BOK), which serve as the framework for certification of infocomm security professionals in Singapore. He often speaks at conferences on topics related to cybersecurity, cyber crime and forensic investigations. Prior to joining a Big Four accounting firm in 2000, Ramesh was a senior officer in the Singapore Police Force. He holds degrees in MBA and Engineering, CPA and CFE qualifications, is a fellow at the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and fluent in English and Mandarin.
