Within the FCC Department of BOS Group, Shu Jian focuses on policy, advisory and training. He was formerly an AML & Sanctions Expert in Ant Group and the MLRO of WorldFirst Asia Pte Ltd. Prior to a career in the private sector, Shu Jian was a payments supervisor and banking policymaker in the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he worked on digital token and digital bank policies.
